Terms of sale Reservations
The general terms and conditions of sale and the special conditions form a whole which forms an integral part of the contract of sale and whose global acceptance is mandatory before the conclusion of any sale. The reservation request implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and full and unreserved acceptance of their provisions.
Booked stays are in dry room, room and breakfast, half board or board. In this case, the answer will be given within a maximum of 48 hours.
1-Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
1-1 – Application
These GTC apply to sales transactions concluded by Le Logis Hôtel de Russie with private and professional customers.
1-2 – Prices
Prices are indicated in Euros. VAT is always included. The prices indicated include only the services strictly mentioned in the reservation. To the price mentioned in the reservation will be added, at the time of invoicing, the additional services provided by Le Logis Hôtel de Russie during the stay and, the tourist tax. The prices mentioned on the website are subject to change without notice and only the price indicated in the booking confirmation is contractual.
1-3 – Payment terms
All services are paid for during the stay directly at the Logis Hôtel de Russie.
1-4 – Force majeure
Force majeure refers to any event outside the parties that is both unforeseeable and insurmountable and prevents either the customer or Le Logis Hôtel de Russie from fulfilling all or part of the obligations under the contract. This is particularly the case in the event of strikes, insurrection, riots, prohibitions imposed by governmental or public authorities. It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends the performance of the parties’ mutual obligations and that each party shall bear the costs arising therefrom. In particular, customers shall bear only the additional costs that may be incurred to enable the journey to continue, following the occurrence of a case of force majeure.
1-5 – Claims
Any claim must be made to the Logis des Hôtel de Russie before being forwarded to the Logis International Quality Monitoring Department within 30 days of the date of stay.
1-6 – Responsibility
The security of property and persons within the establishment is the sole responsibility of Logis Hôtel de Russie. In the event of an event affecting the customer’s person or property (theft, fire, etc.) during a stay, Logis Hôtel de Russie cannot be held liable. It is the responsibility of Logis Hôtel de Russie to take all necessary guarantees and insurance to welcome the public in the establishment and to carry out its activity. In addition, the guest is solely responsible for any material damage and/or bodily injury caused by him/herself in the hotel during his/her stay.
1-7 – Applicable law
Any dispute, claim or dispute relating to the terms of booking a stay or hotel room is subject to French law.
2 -Special conditions
In the absence of specific booking and cancellation conditions (communicated to the customer at the time of booking), the following specific conditions apply.
2-1 – Booking conditions
In order to guarantee his reservation, the customer is asked to communicate his credit card number, as well as its validity date, the transmission being made by secure mode.
The entire payment for the stay is made directly to the Logis Hôtel de Russie.
For any reservation exceeding 2 nights and or more than two rooms, the reservation is only firm and definitive after the payment of the entire stay by cheque
– Or the payment of your deposit by credit card corresponding to 30% of your stay.
The balance of the stay will be paid on site at the Logis Hôtel de Russie.
2-2 – Modification of a reservation
Any request to modify a reservation must be made to the Logis Hôtel de Russie – by telephone 04 73 65 65 05 97, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm – by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The modification of the reservation is only firm and definitive after receipt of the confirmation by the Logis Hôtel de Russie.
2-3 – Cancellation conditions
. For bookings of less than 3 nights / less than 2 rooms:
Guarantee by credit card / the cancellation period without charge is 2 days before the arrival date (48 hours).
– In case of cancellation less than 2 days, 1 night will be charged.
– In case of non-arrival of the guest at the hotel and in the absence of cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
. For stays: more than 2 nights and/or more than 2 rooms
Guarantee by instalment / for any cancellation :
-A more than 21 days before the start date of the stay : the instalment is returned in its entirety. Any cancellation must be notified by email. The date of receipt being proof, we will confirm the registration within 48 hours.
To cancel a reservation, the customer is invited to use the website of Logis Hôtel de Russie: www.lerussie.com
The cancellation of the reservation is effective upon receipt of an e-mail from Logis Hôtel de Russie confirming it.
The customer can contact the Logis Hôtel de Russie directly at 04.73.65.05.97 or by e-mail at email@example.com from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. Outside these hours, the customer must contact the Logis Hôtel de Russie directly by email. Any cancellation made by telephone must be confirmed by email, mail or fax to 04.73.65.20.10., the phone call will under no circumstances be considered as evidence in the event of a dispute
The date of receipt of the cancellation request (by email, mail, telephone, fax) will be the date used for the cancellation.
2-4 – Responsibility
These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law and the jurisdiction of the Courts of Clermont Ferrand.
All services will be registered and accessible by the client upon request. In accordance with Law 78-17 ” informatique et Libertés ” of 6 January 1978, as amended, clients have the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data processed concerning them.
The purpose of processing the personal data collected corresponds to the obligations relating to the services provided: customer management and business development.
