Reservations

The general terms and conditions of sale and the special conditions form an integral part of the sales contract and must be fully accepted before any sale is concluded. The reservation request implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and full and unreserved acceptance of their provisions.

Preamble

Reserved stays are available in dry rooms, rooms with breakfast, half-board, or full-board.

The response to a reservation is subject to availability. In this case, the response will be given within a maximum of 48 hours.

1-General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

1-1 – Application

These GTCS apply to sales transactions concluded by L'Hôtel de Russie with individual and professional customers.

1-2 – Prices

Prices are quoted in Euros. VAT is always included. The prices quoted only include the services specifically mentioned in the reservation. Additional services provided by L'Hôtel de Russie during the stay, as well as the tourist tax, will be added to the price mentioned in the reservation at the time of billing. Prices listed on the site are subject to change without notice, and only the price indicated in the reservation confirmation is contractual.

1-3 – Payment Terms

Payment for all services is made directly at L'Hôtel de Russie during the stay.

1-4 – Force Majeure

Force majeure refers to any external event that is both unforeseeable and insurmountable, preventing either the client or L'Hôtel de Russie from fulfilling all or part of the obligations outlined in the contract. This includes strikes, insurrections, riots, prohibitions issued by government or public authorities. It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends the execution of the parties' mutual obligations, and each party bears the costs arising therefrom. Clients will bear any additional costs that may be incurred to continue the trip following a force majeure event.

1-5 – Complaints

Any complaint must be made to L'Hôtel de Russie before being forwarded to the Quality Monitoring service of Logis International within 30 days from the stay date.

1-6 – Liability

The safety of persons and property within the establishment is the sole responsibility of L'Hôtel de Russie. In the event of any incident affecting the client (theft, fire, etc.) during the stay, L'Hôtel de Russie cannot be held liable. It is the responsibility of L'Hôtel de Russie to take all necessary guarantees and insurances to host the public in the establishment and conduct its business. Furthermore, the client is solely responsible for any material or bodily damage caused by themselves within the hotel during their stay.

1-7 – Applicable Law

Any dispute, complaint, or litigation related to the terms of booking a stay or a hotel room is subject to French law.

2-Special Conditions

2-1 – Booking Conditions

To guarantee your reservation, we ask for your credit card number. No amount will be charged in advance; payment will be made on-site. Please inform us of any late arrivals.

Note: For stays longer than 2 nights or for bookings of more than 2 rooms, the cancellation conditions are different and specific.

2-2 – Reservation Modification

Any request to modify a reservation must be made to L'Hôtel de Russie – by phone at 04 73 65 05 97, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM – by email at contact@lerussie.com.

The reservation modification is only firm and final upon receipt of confirmation by L'Hôtel de Russie.

Modification requests may, where applicable, lead to the application of cancellation conditions.

In case of force majeure or due to exceptional circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to accommodate clients in a nearby hotel of equivalent category without any price changes.

2-3 – Cancellation Conditions

. For bookings of less than 2 nights:
Guaranteed by credit card / the free cancellation period is 2 days before the arrival date (48 hours).
– You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival. After this period, the full stay is due.
– In case of no-show at the hotel and no cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

For stays longer than 2 nights and/or for more than 2 rooms

  • Guaranteed by credit card / for any cancellation:
  • In case of cancellation due to COVID-19: administrative closure or mileage restriction, cancellation is free.
  • More than 21 days before the start date of the stay: free cancellation.
  • Less than 21 days before the start date of the stay: 30% of the reservation is due.
  • For any cancellation within 8 days before your arrival or in case of no-show or early departure (shortened stay), the full stay is due.
  • Note that lack of snow and bad weather conditions in the station cannot constitute a reason for cancellation.
  • Any cancellation must be notified by email. The receipt date is proof, and we will confirm the recording within 48 hours.
  • The reservation cancellation is effective upon receipt of an email from Hotel Le P’tit Cham confirming it at the address below.
  • The date of receipt of the cancellation request (by email) will be the date used for the cancellation.

2-4 – Liability

These terms of sale are subject to French law and the jurisdiction of the Courts of Clermont Ferrand.

3-Personal Data

Every service will be recorded and accessible to the client upon request.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, clients have the right to access, rectify, and oppose the processing of personal data concerning them.

The client may also refuse the processing, request a limitation, or request the deletion (within the limits of the legal retention periods) of personal data.

The purpose of the personal data collected corresponds to the obligations related to the services provided: customer management and commercial prospecting.
